The Evolution of Idaho LUV

What started as a passion for building strong players and a tighter volleyball community has grown into something bigger - and bolder.

Our program began in 2018 as Club Rams, a local volleyball club focused on supporting and developing athletes from Highland High School. The club was founded and directed by Idaho LUV's current directors (Kelsey Rhoades Larsen, Morgan Reece, and Paige Leatham) who were actively coaching at Highland at the time, with a shared vision to give student-athletes more opportunities to grow, compete, and succeed beyond the school season.

By 2020, Club Rams recognized the need for a more unified and inclusive volleyball program - one that represented athletes from all area high schools, not just one. That vision led to a powerful partnership with EIVC (Eastern Idaho Volleyball Club), as the two programs joined forces to build a stronger, more competitive club structure that could support players across Southeast Idaho.

Now, in 2025, we are excited to step into a new chapter with a fresh identity:

Idaho Level Up Volleyball - aka Idaho LUV

Our new name reflects everything we believe in: leveling up skills, work ethic, confidence, and community. Idaho LUV is committed to offering opportunities for athletes of all levels - from developmental to elite - while fostering a culture that values hard work, positivity, and a true LUV for the game.

Built to Compete. Trained to Win. Rooted in LUV.

Join the movement. Level Up.
